South African executives will get the opportunity to take a first-hand look at how organisational culture drives results during the third Happy Sandpit Three Day Field Trip, on November 23, 24 and 25, 2016.
Creating and nurturing culture that drives performance, loyalty and engagement should be top of the list of goals for any organisation, but the challenge for leaders is to know what to do, and where to start doing it.
In response to that, Happy Sandpit has created an opportunity for executives to not only come and see for themselves, but to ask questions, kick the tyres and poke around under the bonnet at three very extraordinary South African companies.
